What Benefits Result From Working Closely Together?
•At least 4 transportations. Transport adds nothing to the product value but adds to the delivery timescale and costs.
•Replace 4 sets of quotes, orders, invoices and payment with 1 set and save considerable administration time.
•At least 5 days savings in the time from initial production to end user delivery, substantially improving customer service levels.
•Improved and consistent quality by using 1 supplier instead of 4.
